According to the notices first published by this institution on 2081/12/25 and 2082/01/26, a notice of intention to accept the bid has been published in accordance with Sub-section 2 of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act, as the bidder as per the details is essentially the highest (in the case of the spectacle shop) and the lowest (in the case of chemicals) through the legal, technical and financial evaluation of the proposals submitted in the bids called for the lease of the spectacle shop and the purchase of proprietary chemicals for the equipment used in the laboratory.
