A notice of national level bidding (IFB No. RBBL/GSD/G/NCB/HRMS/081/82) to be conducted through two envelope method for the procurement of Human Resource Management System (HRMS) required for this bank was published in Gorkhapatra Daily dated 22.10.2081. Out of the 2 bids received by the specified deadline, the bid mentioned in the details, the lowest evaluated, was found to be substantially effective and it was decided to select that bid for acceptance. Accordingly, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned in accordance with Section 27(2) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063.
