After a detailed evaluation of the sealed bids received, it was decided to select the lowest priced sealed bid for approval, as it was substantially effective. Since the sealed quotations received by the last date were not substantially effective, all the sealed quotations received have been rejected. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.
