According to the notice regarding the invitation to sealed bids published for the second time in the national daily newspaper dated 2082.02.04 of this Ratnanagar Municipality, Municipal Executive Office, Ratnanagar, Chitwan, out of the bids registered for the work of the specification being executed by this office, the bid as per the specification has been selected for acceptance as the lowest evaluated and substantially effective. Therefore, for the purposes of Sub-section 2(1) of Section 27 and Section 47 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, a notice of intent to give 7 (seven) days has been published for the information of all concerned, effective from today's date.
