As per the EGP of this road project, IFBNo.: DROBKT/337011384/081/082/69, as well as the notice of invitation to bid for the contract published in the Rajdhani Rastriya Dainik on 2081/12/05, out of the bids received for the said work through E-bid within the stipulated time limit, the bid submitted by the bidder mentioned in the details has been found to be the lowest evaluated and substantially effective. Therefore, for the purposes of Section 47 of the Public Procurement Act 2063 (as amended), a notice of intention to accept the bid has been published for the information of the concerned bidders in accordance with Section 27 (2) of the said Act.
