This Division has published a notice regarding the invitation to bids published in the Nepal Newspaper dated 2082-04-02 as per Notice No. T1/2082/83, stating that the bids received through the electronic bidding system for the works as per the schedule have been evaluated and the bids as per the schedule which have been found to be the lowest evaluated and substantially responsive among the successful bidders have been recommended for acceptance. Accordingly, for the purposes of Section 47 of the Public Procurement Act (First Amendment), 2063, a notice of 7 (seven) days has been published for the information of all the concerned bidders regarding the intention to accept the bids as per Section 27 (2) of the said Act.
