Out of the three contracts called for by this division on 15/12/2081 through PPMO's web portal www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp and published in Nepal Samacharpatra Rastriya Daily, notice no.: 10-081-82, contract no. RDILAM/337011384/081/82-52, out of the bids received in due course, the notice of intention to accept the bid was published on 28/02/2082 for the bid recommended for acceptance with the lowest evaluated substantively effective. The successful bidder has informed that the maximum number of Bidders Running Contracts has reached 5 (five) and while taking action on the said application, he has been disqualified as per Sub-rule (4e5) of Rule 65 of the Public Procurement Regulations. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned as per Sub-section (2) of Section 27 of the same Act for the purpose of Section 47 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063.
