This Division's Notice No. 05/081/82 dated 2081/11/04 regarding the bid invitation notice published, the bids duly registered have been evaluated by the Evaluation Committee and the technical proposal published in the National Economic Daily on 2082/01/16 has been evaluated and the proposal of the bidder as per the details has been recommended for acceptance as the lowest evaluated and substantially effective among the bidders who have been found eligible.
