As per the notice of invitation of sealed bids for the purchase of sanitary pads (RM/ROLPA/SQ/G/29/081-082) through electronic sealed bids dated 2082.02.26 from the office of this Rolpa Municipality, the electronic sealed bids submitted within the specified time were opened in the presence of the officials of the Procurement Committee on 2082.03.10 at 3:24 PM, submitted to the Procurement Evaluation Committee for evaluation and as per the recommendation of the Procurement Evaluation Committee dated 2082.03.10, the total amount of the bidder was evaluated as follows and it was found to be effective in substance as per Sub-rule 10 of Rule 84 of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064.
