Pursuant to Sub Clauses 27.2 and 27.3 of Public Procurements Act 2063 (Revised), this is to notify all the bidders who submitted their bids for the contract identification No. RRM/SAPTARI/GOODS/SQ/01-081/82, Supply and Procurement of Chap cutter Machine / 50% subsidy in transportation. The issuance of Letter of Intent is the information of the selection of the bid of the successful bidder by the Employer and for providing information to other unsuccessful bidders who participated in the bid as regards to the outcome of the procurement process. This standard from of Letter of Intent to Award should be filled in and sent to the successful Bidder only after evaluation and selection of substantially responsible lowest evaluated bid. This notice is published for the purpose of clause 47 of Public Procurement Act 2063 with its revision.
