In the present matter, the Construction of Kotilama Nali tatha Gabion Jali Nirman Contract No. SRM/NCB/SQ/KCG-04/2081/82 to be implemented by the Sigas Rural Municipality Office, Baitadi, is to be completed through the contract No. SRM/NCB/SQ/KCG-04/2081/82. As per the notice regarding invitation of sealed bids published in the Saurya Rastriya Dainik Patrika on 2082/01/11, the financial proposals of the sealed bids submitted for registration were selected from the detailed evaluation of the technical and financial proposals and the financial proposals of the sealed bids opened and evaluated, the lowest evaluated bids as specified in the details were found to be substantially effective. Accordingly, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned in accordance with Sub-section 2 of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and for the purposes of Section 47 of the same Act.
