In the present matter, the first and second time of this office date 2081/12/17 according to the notice regarding the invitation of sealed bids published in the National Daily Newspaper, for the first time and the second time, when evaluating the bids that were submitted through electronic means, the bids as per the list were found to be minimally evaluated and substantially effective, and as per the sub-section 5 of section 40 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and sub-rule 10 of the same Public Procurement Regulation, rule 84 of 2064, for approval. A notice to this effect has been published for the information of all concerned for the purpose.
