Notice of Intent to Accept the Financial Proposal of the Bid

According to the notice published in the National Economic Daily on 10/01/2082 regarding the acceptance of technical proposals, for the following work, out of the bids registered through E-submission and successful in the technical proposal, the evaluation committee has recommended the acceptance of the lowest evaluated bids in the financial proposal as detailed below. Therefore, this notice has been published for the purpose of Sub-sections (2) and (3) of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063. In addition, for the purpose of Section 47 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, a notice of the intention to give 7 (seven) to all bidders is also hereby notified.
