This court has published a notice regarding the invitation to tender published in the Gorkhapatra National Daily dated 2082.02.02 for the supply and installation of the following furniture and furnishing items. While evaluating the financial proposals of all the successful bids duly registered through the PPMO E-procurement Portal within the deadline, it has been found that the financial proposals of the listed bidders are substantially responsive to the lowest evaluated ones. Therefore, this notice has been published for the purpose of Sub-section 2 of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063.
