According to the rules of the study, examination and evaluation of the documents of the sealed bid documents submitted in accordance with the notices published in the Gorkha Patra Rashtriya Daily on various dates of the Supreme Court's information technology related works, the proposal of the bidders for the sealed bid documents is effective in the minimum evaluated form, as per Subsection (5) of Section 40 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Sub-rule (10) of Rule 84 of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.
