Notice Regarding the Intent to Accept the Proposal

Date: 2082/03/27 (July 11, 2025)

Reference to the program under Survey Department titled "Procurement of International Consulting Services -Generation of High-Resolution DEM and Ortho photo Map with application of Airborne LIDAR Surveying and Mapping" (SD/ICS/QCBS/01/2081/082), among the technical and financial proposals submitted by shortlisted consultants the financial proposals of technically qualified consultants were opened on 2082/03/26 (July 10, 2025) and evaluated. Based on the combined evaluation of technical and financial proposals, the proposal submitted by Synergy Engineering & Environmental Development (P) Ltd.- Environment and Resource Management Consultant (P.) Ltd. JV (SEED-ERMC JV) obtained the highest score and their proposal has been selected for approval. This notice is hereby issued for the purpose of Section 38(2) and Section 47 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 to inform all concerned.
