In accordance with the notification regarding the Shilwandi tender offer published in the National Daily on 2081/12/13 of this office, when evaluating the Shilwandi tenders registered within the prescribed period, in accordance with sub-rule 7 of rule 31(e) of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064 (Twelfth Amendment-2079) and among the successful tenders in the evaluation, the Shilwandi tender offerer is the one who is the lowest evaluated in essence according to the effective tender. Since the tender has been selected for acceptance in accordance with Section 27(1) of the Public Procurement Act 2063, a 7-day notice of intent has been published for the purpose of Section 27(2) and Section 47 of the same Act for all concerned bidders.
