In the above matter, this office hereby informs that, among the bids received through online electronic bidding within the prescribed period as per the notice published for the first time in Nepal Samachar Patra Rastriya Daily on 21/01/2082 and the 30-day notice regarding the invitation to bid, the lowest evaluated bid proposals as per the details have been found to be substantially effective and have been recommended for selection for acceptance by the Evaluation Committee, for the purposes of Sub-sections 2 and 3 of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063. In addition, for the purposes of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, notice of intention to give 7 (seven) days to all the concerned bidders is hereby given.
