Charak Enterprises Pvt. is one of the two bidders who submitted e-bids according to the public notice published in Gorkhapatra Daily dated 21.12.2081 to construct Operation Theater in ER (TUTH/NCB/works/PB-04/2081-082) in the emergency building of this hospital. Ltd. Since the e-bid submitted by him is only a technically qualified bid, the said bid is considered to be a valid bid and the amount he bid is Rs. 42,45,051.76 (excluding VAT) as his bid was selected for acceptance. This notice has been published for the information of the concerned bidders in accordance with Section 52j 2 of Chapter 12 of Financial Management and Procurement Rules 2050.
