While evaluating the tenders submitted for the procurement work for this project as per the Notice No. BCIU/SERVICES/RFQ/01/082-83 published in the Mechikali National Daily dated 04/08/2082, the Proposal Evaluation Committee found the following tender to be substantially effective and submitted for approval, and accordingly, for the purposes of Sub-section 2 of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Section 47 of the same Act, a notice of intention to accept the bid within 7 days has been issued for the information of all stakeholders.
