In the above matter, this office has published a notice in the national daily newspaper "Karowar" dated 12/01/2082 regarding the invitation to bid for the work as detailed under the FY 2081/082. The bids submitted through the Public Procurement Monitoring Office's electronic procurement system (e-GP) bolpatra.gov.np/egp within the notice period will be opened and duly registered in this office on 18/02/2082 at 1:00 PM in accordance with Rules 60, 61, 62 and 31 of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 (including amendments). As per Sub-rule 4 of the Bid Evaluation Committee, the evaluation of the technical proposals of the bidders whose financial proposals were accepted on 2082/03/03 and whose financial proposals were accepted on 2082/03/24 at 1:00 PM, has been opened in this office and the bid of M/s Gorakhnath-Purbapaschim-NIDI JV has been selected for acceptance as the lowest evaluated bid among the bidders who have been successful in the evaluation of the technical proposals.
