In the invitation to bid as per the notice published on www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, the lowest evaluated substantially effective bid among the bids received within the deadline was recommended for acceptance and the notice of intention to accept the bid was published in the Himalaya Times National Daily on 28/02/2082 in accordance with Section 47 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Section 27(2) of the same Act. Since an agreement could not be concluded with the said bidder as per the provisions of Section 63 Sub-section (2) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, a notice of intention to accept the bid of the next lowest evaluated substantially effective bidder has been published for the information of all the concerned bidders.
