With reference to the tender notice published on 14 July 2024 in Nepal Samacharpatra national daily for the following contracts, it is for the notification to all bidders that as per the decision made on 11 June 2025 in accordance with clause 27(2) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, the following bidders have been lowest evaluated substantially responsive bidders. All concerned bidders are hereby notified to request a debriefing regarding the evaluation of their bid, and/or submit a bidding-related complaint regarding the intended contract awards within seven (7) days, in accordance with the procedures outlined in ITB 46.1 of the respective bidding documents.
