In accordance with Clause 27(2) of the public procurement Act, 2063, this notice serves to inform all concerned parties of our intent to award the contracts for the Rehabilitation of Soharna Irrigation Sub Project (Contract No: IMEP/Dhanusha/B-1a/CW-36) In Bideha -02, Dhanusha, and the Rehabilitation of Bachhraja Irrigation Sub Project (Contract No: IMEP/Dhanusha/B-1a/CW-37) in Bideha-01 & 04, Dhanusha, to the respective lowest evaluated substantially responsive bidders, as detailed in the table below, All concerned parties are hereby notified that they have seven (7) days from the date kof this notification to: (i) Request a debriefing regarding the evaluation of their outlined in TTB 46.1 of the respective Bidding Document.
