Notice of Intention for Award of Contract

In accordance with Clause 27(2) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, this notice serves to inform all concerned parties of our intent to award the contracts for the Rehabilitation of Kul Khola Harkpur Irrigation Sub Project (Contract No: IMEP/Okhaldhunga/B-1a/CW-26) in Molung-04, Okhaldhunga, and the Rehabilitation of Dhuseni Khola Irrigation Sub Project (Contract No: IMEP/Okhaldhunga/B-1a/CW-27) in Champadevi-07, Okhaldhunga, to the respective lowest evaluated substantially responsive bidders, as detailed in the table below. All concerned parties are hereby notified that they have seven (7) days from the date of this notification to: (i) Request a debriefing regarding the evaluation of their bid; and/or (ii) Submit a bidding-related complaint regarding the intended contract award, in accordance with the procedures outlined in ITB 46.1 of the respective Bidding Document. loca
