Notice of Intention for Award of Contract

Pursuant to Clause 27(2) of Public Procurement Act, 2063 this is to notify all the concerned of our intention to award the contract for Construction of Nunsari Khola ISP, Chulachuli-06, Ilam (Contract No.: IMEP/ Ilam/B-la/CW-09), Construction of Mangaltar-Dhansar ISP, Rong-02, Ilam (Contract No.: IMEP/Ilam/B-1a/CW-10) and Construction of Lewa Khola ISP, Deumai-08, Ilam (Contract No.: IMEP/ Ilam/B-la/CW-11) to the respective lowest evaluated substantially responsive bidder as presented in the table below. It is also to notify that all concerned have seven (7) days from the date of this notification to (i) request for a debriefing in relation to the evaluation of your Bid; and/or (ii) submit a bidding-related complaint in relation to the intention for award of contract, in accordance with the procedures specified in ITB 46.1 of the respective Bidding Document.
