In the context of the fact that the progress of the contract work as per the details under this office is not satisfactory and despite the lapse of a long time, there has been no satisfactory improvement in the construction work despite repeated verbal and written requests, there is very little/zero progress as per the revised work schedule submitted by you and the construction entrepreneur has not shown any progress towards completing the work, why not terminate the said contract? In this regard, it is requested that the construction entrepreneur related to the contract himself or through his authorized representative appear in this office within 15 (fifteen) days with concrete reasons and evidence and submit a clear and understandable written response with justification. Otherwise, it is hereby informed that the necessary process will be taken towards terminating the contract in accordance with the terms of the contract agreement and the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Regulations, 2064 and the prevailing laws and regulations.
