Since the construction contractor mentioned in the details and the Bansgadhi Municipality, which is within the scope of work of this office, has not started the construction work even after a long time after the approval of the design of the work mentioned in the details, and has not shown any readiness to start the construction work despite repeated verbal and written correspondence from the office, this is a Fundamental Breach of Contract by the construction contractor. Therefore, this notice has been issued to all authorized persons to appear in this office along with a revised work schedule to complete the work within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice, a reliable and realistic work plan for resource mobilization, a commitment to complete the work as soon as possible, and an explanation of any reasonable reason not to terminate the contract. If the authorized persons are present and a satisfactory explanation and factual evidence and reliable basis for completing the work are not presented, it is also informed through this notice that the action process will be taken towards terminating the contract in accordance with the terms of the contract agreement and prevailing laws.
