In the present matter, the construction entrepreneur of the details under this unit has not resumed the construction work on time in accordance with the revised schedule submitted by the construction entrepreneur at various times and the commitment to complete the construction work on time, despite repeated written and verbal requests from this unit, the construction entrepreneur has not resumed the construction work on time and the progress of the construction work is not satisfactory. Therefore, the construction entrepreneur is requested to appear in person and submit a response to this unit within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, explaining why the contract should not be terminated. Otherwise, action will be taken as per the terms of the contract agreement. This notice also informs that
