In the present matter, the construction entrepreneur has entered into a purchase agreement with this office to carry out the construction work specified in the contract and has not completed it within the specified time, despite repeated written and verbal requests from this office to complete the work on time as per the revised schedule and commitment submitted by the entrepreneur at various times, the construction entrepreneur has not yet resumed the construction work on time and the progress of the construction work is not satisfactory. Why not terminate the purchase agreement made with you within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice?
