Notice regarding contract termination

Since the construction entrepreneurs mentioned in the details have not completed the construction work within the stipulated time as per the agreement after entering into an agreement with this office/project, despite repeated requests through written letters and verbal instructions to complete the construction work, they have not shown any willingness/effort to complete the construction work for a long time, why not terminate the contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Regulations 2064 and the terms of the contract agreement? If there is any reasonable reason not to terminate the contract, the construction entrepreneurs are notified to appear in person with a clear written response within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of publication of this notice. Otherwise, the manner in which necessary action will be taken as per the terms of the contract agreement is also informed through this notice.
