 Notice Regarding Contract Termination

In the context of the fact that the progress of the construction work of the contracts as per the schedule under this office is not satisfactory and despite the lapse of a long time, there has been no improvement in the progress of the work, despite repeated verbal and written requests, there has been no improvement in the progress of the work, there has been no work as per the revised work schedule submitted, there has been no readiness to complete the work, the contract period has not expired, the work has been left incomplete for a long time and the site has been in a state of disrepair, why not terminate the contract in accordance with the terms of the contract agreement and the prevailing law? If there is any reasonable reason not to terminate the contract, the authorized representative is requested to personally appear in this office with an explanation within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice. Otherwise, the terms of the contract agreement and the Public Procurement Act 2063, Public Procurement Regulations 2064 and the prevailing law are also informed through this notice.
