As per the provision in point no. 3 (3) of Integrated Directive No. 16 of Nepal Rastra Bank, 2082, in the case of accounts with zero balance and no transactions in this bank for the past 10 years, we request you to activate such accounts and conduct transactions within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. We hereby inform you that the accounts of the esteemed customers who have not activated/activated their accounts within the specified time will be closed. We would like to inform you that the details of such accounts are kept on the website of this bank.
