Public notice regarding submission of clarifications

In view of the unsatisfactory progress of the construction work of the contracts as per the details under this Road Planning Office, the concerned construction entrepreneurs have ignored repeated written and verbal requests from this Planning Office and have not shown any readiness to complete the construction work so far, have not proceeded with the construction work as per the instructions provided from time to time by the Office, the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Works of the Road Department and the work schedule, and have left the site unfinished for a long time. Why not terminate the contract in accordance with the terms of the contract agreement and the prevailing law? If there is any reasonable reason, you are requested to submit a written explanation to this Planning Office within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice. Otherwise, the Planning Office is also informed through this notice that the action process will be taken in accordance with the contract agreement and prevailing law.
