Notice Regarding Clarification

The then Chairman of the Board of Directors of the troubled Karnali Development Bank Limited, Dr. Om Prakash Mishra and members Mr. Yubaraj Adhikari, Mr. Usha Kumari Bhandari, Mr. Tanka Bahadur Basnet, Mr. Nisar Ahmed Darji, were written to this bank to present their clarification and explanation within 15 days if there is any reason not to dismiss them from the post of directors. In the context of no response being submitted by them within that period, they are hereby informed to submit their clarification at one of the following places within 10 days of the publication of this notice.
