Very important information on termination of the contract

In the contracts as detailed under this Planning Office, despite repeated verbal and written information to the concerned construction entrepreneur to complete the work within the specified time limit, he has not shown any readiness to complete/get the construction work done for a long time, and has not achieved the expected progress as per the written commitment and the revised work schedule submitted, why not terminate the contract agreement? If there is reasonable reason and evidence in this regard, it is requested that the authorized representative himself be present at the Planning Office within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice and submit a written response. Otherwise, it is hereby informed that the necessary process will be taken towards terminating the contract as per the terms of the procurement agreement, the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064.
