In the process of preparing the preliminary environmental assessment report of the above-mentioned proposal, a public hearing program is required to be held with the participation of the rural municipality of the area, schools, health posts, stakeholders and local level representatives to determine the impact on the physical and chemical systems, biological systems, socio-economic systems and cultural heritage of the area.
