This notice has been issued to all authorized persons to appear in this office, including the  within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, the work schedule that can be completed, a reliable plan for resource mobilization and commitment to complete the work, and any reasonable reason not to terminate the contract. If the authorized persons are present and provide a satisfactory explanation and a reliable basis for completing the work, the necessary procedures will be taken in accordance with the terms of the contract agreement and prevailing laws.
