"In the present matter, the construction contractor of the details under this project, in accordance with the revised work schedule submitted by the construction contractor at various times and the commitment to complete the construction work on time, has not resumed the construction work on time despite repeated written and verbal requests from this project, and since the construction work has not been completed on time by the construction contractor and the progress of the construction work is not satisfactory, it is requested that the construction contractor himself appear and submit a response to this project within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, along with a clear answer as to why the contract should not be terminated. Otherwise, action will be taken as per the terms of the contract agreement. " acces
