As per the decision of this office dated 2082.08.29, the construction entrepreneurs/suppliers of the schedule have been blacklisted for the following period, effective from the date of publication of this notice, pursuant to Sub-section (1) of Section 63 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, as received from the public bodies, and this notice has been published for the information of all concerned, stating that the said construction entrepreneurs/suppliers will not be able to participate in any procurement proceedings of the public body during the period of blacklisting.
