Since the construction work mentioned in the details has not progressed as per the agreement and the construction work has been stalled for a long time, despite verbal and written requests/inquiries from this planning office on various dates, the construction work has not shown any interest in completing the construction work. Therefore, this notice has been issued to the authorized representative to appear at this office with the revised work schedule and a reliable resource deployment schedule within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. If the contractor fails to show willingness to start the work within the above period, the contract will be terminated and the process of action will be taken in accordance with the provisions of the contract and the prevailing laws, as per Sub-section 7 of Section 59 of the Public Procurement Act 2063, Rule 128 of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064, and the terms of the contract agreement (GCC, Sub clause 57.3 & 57.4, Fundamental breach of contract).
