The construction contractors who have entered into a contract agreement for the following road construction work under this planning office have not progressed the work as per the agreement, have not worked for a long time and have left the construction work incomplete, have not worked as per the commitment made when the deadline was extended repeatedly, have neglected the construction work despite repeated verbal, written and public notices and requests, and have not taken any initiative towards completing the work. Why not terminate the contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2063, Public Procurement Regulations 2064 and the contract agreement terms? If there is any reasonable reason not to terminate the contract, this notice has been published to appear within 15 (fifteen) days with a credible explanation, resource mobilization plan and a reliable work schedule to complete the construction on time. If the clarification is not presented on time or if the clarification received is not satisfactory, the procurement agreement will be terminated and other legal action will be taken in accordance with the terms of the contract agreement and subsections 2 (a) and 7 of Section 59 of the Public Procurement Act 2063.
