Pushpalal (Mid-Hill) Highway Planning Office, Palungtar, Gorkha, under Contract No. MIDHLPD//3371384/2072-73/005, Construction of Blacktop Road (Palungtar-Chepe-Paudidhik Section (57+720-73+985 km)) at Gorkha Lamjung district, an agreement was signed on 23/11/2072 between Pushpalal (Mid-Hill) Highway Project (Western Section), Tulasipur, Dang and construction entrepreneur Shri Bajjaguru / The Kanchanjunga / Shankarmali J.V. Sanepa, Lalitpur. It does not appear that any resources (manpower, construction materials, tools / equipment, etc.) have been mobilized at the construction site for a long time. Since the construction work has not been completed with sincerity despite verbal and written requests/inquiries from this planning office on various dates, this notice has been issued to the authorized person to appear in this office with the reason why the work could not be completed within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice and the updated revised works schedule, reliable plan for resource mobilization and commitment to complete the work. If the readiness to start the work is not shown within the above period, it is also informed that the contract agreement will be terminated and further action will be taken as per the provisions of Sub-section 7 of Section 59 of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Rule 128 of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064 and GCC Clause 57 of the Contract Agreement. If there is any reason not to terminate the contract, this notice has been published.
