Very important information regarding  termination of the contract

In the contracts under construction under this office, despite repeated written/verbal instructions/instructions to the concerned construction entrepreneur to complete the work on time, there is a suspicion that the work will/will not be completed on time. Despite the commitment to complete the work on time during the repeated extensions in the past, the progress is as per the self-declared work plan schedule. Due to the lack of mobilization of sufficient manpower and resources, the expected progress has not been made and the possibility of completing the work on time seems low. In fact, the official representative of the Planning Office is present at the Planning Office along with the revised work plan schedule after mobilizing sufficient resources/manpower to ensure the reliability of completing the work within 15 (fifteen) days of the publication of this notice. This notice has been published. If it is seen that the construction/repair work has not progressed as expected by mobilizing the necessary resources/manpower within that period in the said work area under regular monitoring, the contract agreement conditions, Public Procurement Act-2063, Attention is drawn to the recommendation to confiscate the security deposit, terminate the contract, and blacklist as per the attractive provisions of the Regulations-2064.

Therefore, if there is any basis for not terminating the contract, the mentioned construction entrepreneur is informed that a final opportunity has been provided to submit a dynamic or clarification including a future action plan along with clear evidence. Reder
