Very important information regarding termination the purchase agreement

In accordance with the purchase agreement entered into between the construction entrepreneurs mentioned in this division and the details, the work has not been started on time, although the construction work has been started, the work has been suspended without reasonable reason and information and left in a state of disrepair, the construction entrepreneur has not progressed the work as per the work schedule submitted at the time of the purchase agreement, and the work has not been performed and completed within the time period as per the agreement, why should not action be taken to terminate the purchase agreement as per Section 59 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Clause (d) of Sub-rule (2) of Rule 128 of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 and to blacklist it as per Section 63 of the same Act? It is hereby informed that a satisfactory explanation must be submitted within 7 days (office hours) from the date of publication of this notice. Otherwise, the fact that the purchase agreement will be terminated based on this notice is also informed.
