Notice for terrminating the contract

Since the construction work has been progressed after the contract management from this office, despite repeated written and verbal requests, the concerned construction entrepreneur has not completed the contract and plans mentioned in the details on time and has not taken any initiative to complete it, why not terminate the said contract agreements as per the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Regulations, 2064 and the GCC Clause of the contract agreement? If there is any reasonable reason not to terminate the contract, this notice has been issued to all authorized persons to appear in this office with the reason for the work not being completed within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice and an updated work schedule that can complete the work, a reliable plan for resource mobilization and a commitment to complete the work. If the contractor fails to complete the work within the above period, action will be taken to terminate the contract and blacklist it as per the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 BS and Regulations, 2064 BS and the GCC Clause of the contract agreement. The performance security, deposit amount and 10% interest on the advance amount will be forfeited as per the rules. The remaining expenses incurred for the work will be considered as government dues and action will be taken to recover them.
