Important information regarding termination of the purchase agreement

In view of the unsatisfactory progress of the construction work of the contracts as per the details under this Road Division, despite repeated written and verbal requests to the concerned construction entrepreneurs, they have not shown any readiness to complete the construction work so far, although the construction work has been started, the work has been suspended without reasonable reason and information and left in a state of disarray, the construction entrepreneur has not progressed the work as per the work schedule submitted at the time of the purchase agreement and has not completed the work within the time period as per the agreement, why should not action be taken to terminate the purchase agreement as per Section 59 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Clause (d) of Sub-rule (2) of Rule 128 of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 and to blacklist the same as per Section 63 of the same Act? A satisfactory explanation should be submitted within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, otherwise it is also informed that action will be taken to terminate the contract based on this notice.
