The purchase is being made from the company's local authorized dealer in Nepal, Medi Solution International Pvt. Ltd. Therefore, as provided in Sub-section (15) of Section 97 of the Center's Financial Procedure Rules 2078, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned. Also, if any other firms or companies have any claims in this regard, they are requested to contact this center in writing within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice.
