The form fee amount of Rs. 1,000/- (one thousand in words only) (non-refundable) can be purchased by submitting the voucher deposited in cash in Nepal Rastra Bank, Banking Department, Thapathali, Other Miscellaneous Income Account No. 1100000/0030/012/524 to this department by 2082/07/23. After the proposal is accepted, the accepted proposer will have to sign an agreement along with a bank guarantee of Rs. 50,000/- (fifty thousand in words only).
