Construction of Building and Designing 

1. Construction of a perimeter around the building.

2. Construction and finishing of toilet safety tanks.

3. Complete plastering of the building, both inside and outside.

4. Painting, electrical wiring and related materials.

5. Manufacture of UPVC doors, windows and shutters.

6. Build a brick wall over the stairs and prepare the roof with zinc sheets.

7. Construct a channel gate at the main entrance.

8. Other materials related to the construction of toilets and bathrooms.

9. Tap materials, fittings, pipelines and septic tanks.

10. Construction of compound and wall around the roof of the building.

11. Other works and materials used in construction work within the budget related to building construction.

12. Construction-related tasks, including technical evaluation reports, building inspections, supervision, reports, consultations, and payment of bills after construction work is completed, will also be required.

13. After the application is approved, an agreement will have to be made with the Procurement and Construction Committee.
